To create tournaments and manage rosters, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details, and keep this information up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use of Services

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Create tournaments that promote illegal gambling, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Upload custom logos, roster names, or branding graphics that infringe upon third-party intellectual property or copyrights.
• Disrupt or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the platform and database systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, servers, or networks.

3. User Content & Public Visibility

You retain ownership of any team names, rosters, branding assets, and tournament structures you input into our platform (“User Content”). However, by hosting a tournament publicly on our site, you grant Tournament Pie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, format, and host this content for spectators and platform indexing.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tournament Pie is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's uptime, absolute data persistence, or that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tournament Pie and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, or from lost tournament data, connectivity issues, or score discrepancies.

6. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform for violations of these Terms, security issues, or failure to comply with system-wide policies.
